MyBody by Myleene is a 12 week home workout programme with a difference. This unique home workout programme includes 3 different workout styles to ensure you get that full body workout. The programme is broken down into 3 phases and gets progressively more challenging as you go.

Each week you will carry out 3 x 30 minute workouts with the option of adding an additional workout of your choice.

The 3 workout styles are MyPower - up-tempo fat burning cardio workouts, MyStrength - Functional loaded movement exercises using a 3.5KG Sandbell & MyCore - Slow tempo core work with adapted Pilates and yoga moves.

The programme can be broken down into bite sized chunks to accommodate even the busiest of lifestyles.

**Please note, to complete the MyBody By Myleene Home Workout, you will require a 3.5KG Sandbell.**
