I did a combination of Fi7ness & Stronger this week 2 of each. I did Stronger at the gym, it was my first time back there for a while but I managed to push through my anxieties (with the help of some loud music) & actually get it done, it was amazing, I was able to really push myself & I felt it after for days! I’m down 4lbs this week too, already looking forward to next week!
After week two I can honestly say I am mentally feeling much more positive about myself. Have even noticed my jeans are a little looser!!! Woohoooooo!
It’s taken me a while but I think I’m starting to “want” to exercise. It’s part of my routine and I am feeling proud.
I think it’s fantastic value and has really got me back in the swing of exercising after losing my enthusiasm the past few months at the current gym I’m a member at.
