LIMITLESS is a 2-phased programme created by elite athlete, International trainer and TV Gladiator Caroline Pearce, designed to push your limits physically and mentally, getting you in the best shape of your life. Not for the faint-hearted, this is a tough but effective boost for women and men of any age who are already on their fitness journey but now want to step up to the next level with moves you’ve not seen, routines you can’t outgrow and a challenge that will keep you progressing towards your goal. Every week you’ll workout 6 days straight, including an active recovery session, followed by a complete day of rest before you repeat.
